The Hat Check Girl is also there to help count the total number of hats on each of Elmo and Zoe's heads. Elmo and Zoe are tied at the end of every round! They also have to complete challenges while wearing the hats on their heads such as saying the alphabet while standing on one leg and estimating the amount of hats they have. D
