Now, Native Americans say, it is time to set the record straight and tell the rest of the story.G

Oregon Experience  "Beach Bill"  In 1967, Gov. Tom McCall signs the bill granting the public recreational rights to the dry sands of Oregon's beaches. The issue had been brewing since 1913 and erupted in the 1960s, creating more public response than any issue in the state's history.G
