Lidia's Kitchen  "Family Brunch"  Today, Lidia shares some new show-stopping dishes for the perfect family style brunch that includes crostata with kale butternut squash and ricotta, made of a flaky dough filled with a creamy colorful mix of ricotta, kale, butternut squash and golden raisins. Carrot and orange salad is the next item on the menu-a bright dish that adds color to any meal. Lidia's potato and egg frico, a crispy asiago cheese crust made with potatoes and eggs, is always a winner at the brunch table. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "A Journey to the North"  In this episode, Andreas travels north across the Arctic Circle on the train from Trondheim to Bodo. He goes fishing in the Queen of Rivers, Namsen and grills the salmon on a riverbank. On the highlands of the north Andreas makes reindeer meatballs and in Bodo where the landscape becomes lusher and greener again, Andreas fries a piece of Arctic beef - fit for a feast. D

Fringe Benefits  "Buffalo"  Katie brings viewers along on a two-season adventure in and around Buffalo. We begin in the beautiful fall colors for a magical hike through an outdoor sculpture park and a visit to the 19th century at the largest museum in New York State. Katie explores Frank Lloyd Wright's Lake Erie masterpiece as it's remodeled. D
