Great Performances  "Dance In America: NY Export: Opus Jazz"  The five movements of the jazz score by Robert Prince blend ballet, jazz and ballroom dancing with Latin, African and American rhythms. Now this Jerome Robbins 1958 "ballet in sneakers" takes to the streets with New York City Ballet principal dancers Ellen Bar and Sean Suozzi, filmed on locations all over the five boroughs of New York City. The 16 emblematic characters are city kids drawn together by their youth, energy and hunger for life, but this Opus Jazz takes them out of the 1950s and into today.G

They also stop by Songgane Gamjatang, where Seoul's taxi drivers convene for pork bone soup and the grand pork dish known as bo ssam. D

Dad and Mom decide to take the kids to the Big Pond on a camping trip, where they will wait out the drought and return home when it rains again. D

Sesame Street  "A Song for the Letter G"  Elmo, Rosita, and the letter "J" are singing a song about the sound that the letter "J" makes. After the "J" leaves, the letter "G" approaches Rosita and Elmo and tells them that he can make the "juh" sound, too, just like the letter "J", and he can also make the "guh" sound like in the word "gorilla." Elmo and Rosita think it is amazing that "G" can make two sounds! The "G" is upset, though, because he doesn't have a song about him like the letter "J" does. D

As bedtime nears, Daniel and Prince Wednesday notice some things that are just a little bit scary. D
