Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "The Umbrella Man, Part 4"  In the final segment of this series, Jerry shows his viewers how to paint in the final details of the old man's face, beard, coat, umbrella, and beard. Then he shows how to begin painting in the angle of the rain, rain drops, and drips of rain coming off the umbrella. He finishes by adding the silver linings on the coat and umbrella. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Cancun: We Meet Again"  When most people think of the Yucatan Peninsula, they think of Cancun. A vacationer's paradise with the most beautiful turquoise waters and white sand beaches, hotels with every amenity possible and food from around the world. Pati explores this young city of only 30 years, tasting some of the most inventive dishes at Crab House, like their Alaskan wontons. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Teaching Tortilla Soup"  Wherever you are in the world, a bowl of chicken soup is the cure for what ails you. In Mexico, that means a brothy bowl of shredded chicken with fried tortillas, earthy red chile, luscious cream, and fresh cheese. Rick shows you this big bowl of comfort at the countertop of La Corte, a workingperson's downtown diner, and at the historically luxe San Angel Inn. D

Simply Ming  "Michael Schlow"  This week on Simply Ming, crustaceans are taking over! Chef Michael Schlow, named the Best Chef of the Northeast by the James Beard Foundation, joins Ming to cook with shrimp. Chef Schlow makes a fantastic spicy shrimp with Calabrian chiles, pastina and green Vegetables, while Ming follows that with a colorful and mouth-watering shrimp, mango, and watercress stir-fry. D

Bringing It Home with Laura McIntosh  "Full of Fresh"  Farmer: Pacific Grove Farmers Markets. Chef Andrew Sutton- Napa Rose, Anaheim, CA. Laura experiences the true meaning of locally sourced from Chef Andrew Sutton of Napa Rose. D

Equitrekking  "Colorado"  At the Colorado Cattle Company in Northern Colorado, Equitrekking host Darley Newman participates in "Dream Week," learning to ride championship cutting horses with expert Teddy Johnson. In Southern Colorado, Darley rides up to over 12,000 feet in San Juan National Forest with native Anne Rapp. The ride to Engineer Mountain takes Darley through alpine meadows, steep mountain passes and open expanses where views reach all the way to New Mexico. D
