Quilting Arts  "Print"  There are many elements that come together to influence our art quilting designs and style. Plus, we are always learning new techniques and building on the skills we already have. We start our newest season of Quilting Arts with printing - it's a primary building block for many art quilts. Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "The Umbrella Man, Part 2"  In this session, Jerry continues the process of adding glowing lights. Then begins painting in the suggestion of distant buildings, light poles, and tree branches. He then shows how to brighten the glow in the background and around the figure. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Pinata Party"  What better way to end the season than with a big party? Pati throws a neighborhood bash and cooks up the easiest and best Mexican-themed dishes that would be a huge hit at any party. And what better accessory to a Mexican fiesta than a giant pinata? Pati also gets the chance to visit a pinata maker in the central market of Morelia. Recipe 1: Watermelon, Tomatillo & Mozzarella Skewers with Mint-Agave Syrup; Recipe 2: Red Pozole with Traditional Garnishes; Recipe 3: Mixed Melon, Lime & Coconut Agua Fresca; Recipe 4: Tres Leches & Strawberry Mexican Gelatin Dessert. Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "Outstanding in the Field - Chef Oliver Ridgeway"  Join host chef Pete Evans for Moveable Feast's biggest feast of the season-an outstanding meal in the beautiful fields outside Sacramento, California. Pete visits Outstanding in the Field, a visiting chef-based farm-to-table dinner experience, with chef Oliver Ridgeway. Chef Ridgeway works with local farmers to create a delicious, fresh Moveable Feast. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "A Meal for the Grandkids"  Lidia loves cooking for her family and today, she shares some of her favorite recipes to make for her grandkids, including a refreshing and kid-friendly cherry almond spritzer; a simple dessert of grilled fruit, which brings out the fruit's natural sweetness; and pasta salad with green beans, tomatoes and mozzarella, a great dish for buffets, picnics, and large family gatherings. Cook's Country  "Holiday Roast and Potatoes"  Hosts Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison streamline a classic recipe for Boneless Rib Roast with Yorkshire Pudding and Jus. Simply Ming  "Ivan Orkin"  This week on Simply Ming, chef Ivan Orkin, known as the American authority on all things ramen, joins Ming to make just that-ramen. Chef Orkin shows how to make a simple 30-minute at-home version of shoyu ramen - a dish that typically takes three days to prepare in his restaurant. Ming then counters with a quick vegetable ramen. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Bordeaux Part 1"  In one of the most revered wine growing regions of the world, the big name ultra luxe first growths may dominate the high end market, but we thought we'd visit the other 97% of Bordeaux, the small family farmer growers, during the historic near perfect 2015 harvest. Of course we'll hit a bunch of restaurants, a cooperage to see oak barrels assembled, a bakery and a few markets while we're there. 1 of 2G

Equitrekking  "Carolinas"  Host Darley Newman and local guides explore some of the more than 100 miles of Appalachian trails surrounding the Biltmore Estate, much as guests of George Vanderbilt would have during the Gilded Age. Darley meets resident horses at The Biltmore Equestrian Center and learns why natural horsemanship is a powerful method of understanding horses. Next, Darley heads downtown to discover the thriving arts scene in Asheville, before taking a lesson in rock climbing at Chimney Rock Park. D
