Simply Ming  "Modern Azorean Cuisine"  Steeped in tradition, the islands that make up the Azores are rich with culinary traditions that will be shared as Simply Ming goes "on the road". Ming shops in a local market where he discovers the vast array of local fruits, vegetables, meats and cheeses. He joins a celebrated chef from the cooking school on the island of Sao Miguel, and together the two cook on the fly using their market ingredients to come up with dishes that reflect Azorean culinary traditions but with a modern day twist. Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Chorizo Made Easy"  Chorizo, the succulent pork sausage seasoned with chiles, spices and a touch of vinegar, is the "bacon of Mexico" - the perfect accompaniment for eggs and, like bacon, a versatile ingredient for cooking that can give any dish a serious head start on flavor. At his neighborhood Mexican grocery in Chicago, Rick shows us fresh-made chorizo sold at the butcher counter and talks about how it is made. Buying a batch of the sausage to take home, he quickly turns it into a Caramelized Onion and Chorizo to use for a taco filling. D

Caillou  "Big Brother Caillou"  Bunny Shmunny: Caillou doesn't seem to appreciate how much time Mommy spends doing things for him (like cooking and picking up clothes). until Caillou spends a lot of time making a paper mache bunny for Rosie. When Rosie couldn't care less about Caillou's bunny, he finally realizes how it feels when someone is unappreciative of the hard work that's done for them. D

Barney & Friends  "Seeing/Beethoven's Hear!"  Seeing - An ordinary game of "hide and seek" takes a not-so-ordinary turn when Baby Bop claims that an elephant is hiding in the park! Barney and Riff are happy to play along, but BJ thinks that his sister may be "seeing things." Fortunately, Barney takes this opportunity to help the young dinos learn about sight and seeing while having fun! Beethoven's Hear! - Riff can hear music in anything! When he meets a friend who can't hear well, Riff wonders if he would still like music if he couldn't hear so well. Barney tells everyone about a famous musician named Beethoven who wrote beautiful music, even though he couldn't hear it. D

Thomas & Friends  "Working Well"  Alicia Botti, the famous opera singer, is coming to Sodor. Thomas is bubbling with pride that he is to collect her and take her to the Town Hall for the grand concert. Also arriving that day is a new engine named Charlie. D
