Cyberchase  "Designing Mr. Perfect"  Frustrated that she can't find Mr. Perfect, The Wicked Witch sets out to design him, by turning a frog into her Prince Charming. Unknowingly, however, Wicked captures and transforms Digit instead of a frog. Her sympathetic wand, Wanda (Danica McKellar), secretly alerts the CyberSquad who jump into action. D

Fons & Porter's Love of Quilting  "Orange Peel Two-Step"  Guest Barb Eikmeier adapts an Orange Peel block in an unexpected way, showing us that old stand-by's can have more to give! Barb and host Sara Gallegos walk you through the steps in this fun-to-make children's quilt, guaranteed to charm any little cowboy or girl. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Red-Headed Woodpecker, Part 4"  In this final segment, Jerry explains the difference in different colors of red and how and what they are used for in various paintings. He then begins showing how to use certain brushes to apply the different colors and details to the woodpecker's body. He explains the process of layering colors to achieve the desired degree of brightness and detail. D

Chef's Life  "Pimp My Grits"  The restaurant gears up for a practice service when the new equipment and new menu will be tested in real time - but nothing is going as planned. One of the big changes to the restaurant's menus is the addition of a section called "Pimp My Grits," where Vivian exalts the lowly, quintessentially Southern ingredient in four distinct ways. D

Nigella: At My Table   There's another serving of irresistible dishes, as Nigella shares some of her go to favorites. For the perfect start to the day, there's a breakfast inspired by her university days, fried bread and tomato hash. Rick Steves Special  "European Festivals"  In RICK STEVES SPECIAL: EUROPEAN FESTIVALS, Rick travels throughout the Continent celebrating the top 10 festivals, each one rich with tradition, great food and fun. In Spain, Rick runs the bulls in Pamplona and dances with locals at the April Fair in Seville. He also dons a mask in Venice for Carnival, which first began in 1162, and cheers on the horses at The Palio di Siena in Italy. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Gnocchi"  They have been called the "gnocchi family" and in this episode, Lidia shares two of her more unusual versions of this dish: her butternut squash gnocchi are light and slightly sweet as they showcase this welcome vegetable in the potato mix. Her next dish is plum gnocchi, which is typical of her homeland and even sweeter, sometimes eaten as a dessert. Made with toasted breadcrumbs, cinnamon and butter, it doesn't get any better than this. D

Cook's Country  "Smoky Barbecue Favorites"  Test cook Ashley Moore makes host Bridget Lancaster an authentic recipe for Texas thick-cut smoked pork chops. Tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Bridget to tasting of hot dogs. Bridget shows Julia Collin Davison the secrets to making the perfect backyard barbeque beans. D

Simply Ming  "Wild Cod with Chef Gisli Matthias Audunsson"  Ming is On the Road in Iceland and kicks off his time on the Nordic island nation by exploring its coastline with chef Gísli Matthias. First stop is a visit to the Ocean Cluster where innovation meets tradition in using 100% of Iceland's key fish, cod. Then Ming and chef Aundunsson forage for "sea truffles" among other seaweeds on Reykjavik's dramatic coast to use in their cod dishes. D

Food Over 50  "The Weighty Issue of Calorie Counting"  Chef/host David Jackson and resident dietician Elizabeth Kelsey show viewers that healthy calories from whole foods are nothing to stress over and not worth tabulating. But empty calories, from highly refined, over-processed foods, are what we need to scrutinize. David's trio of good calorie - not just low calorie - recipes reflect this fresh and tasty approach with Italian insalata di cavolo, plus stick-to-your-ribs southern-style beans and greens, both whipped up in the studio kitchen. D

Seeing Canada  "Pei, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia & Quebec"  Canadian Journalist Brandy Yanchyk explores Canada's Maritime provinces; Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, followed by a trip to Quebec City, where she participates in the annual Winter Carnival. D
