Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "Culinary Institute of America, CA: Chefs Marc and Larry Forgione and Scott Samuel"  Host Pete Evans visits the CIA in picturesque Napa Valley and cooks with three of the area's finest chefs. Corn meal is used to make polenta for that evening's Napa-style feast, and fresh strawberries from CIA's own student garden are roasted with dark chocolate and smoked chili. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Puerto Escondido: Living The Dream"  Ever dream of renting a space with a kitchen in Mexico just so you can cook all the fresh fish you can eat? Rick lives the dream at Hotel Villas Carrizalillo in Puerto Escondido. First, he peruses the town market for inspiration and ingredients from heirloom tomatoes to the local tuxtla chiles. Then he joins a resident expert to take him spear fishing off Roca Blanca Playa, one of the prettiest beaches in Mexico, for the freshest possible catch for his feast. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Born in the Kitchen"  Pati travels to Mexico City to reconnect with her father and help him cook one of her favorite childhood meals: Huevos a la Mexicana. Back in her own kitchen, she'll use that visit as inspiration to cook a few dishes that she remembers fondly from childhood, and then passes on the tradition by cooking dessert with her youngest son, Juju. Next, equipment expert Adam Ried reviews potato ricers in the Equipment Corner. Then, test cook Bridget Lancaster shows Chris how to make Braised Red Potatoes with Lemon and Chives. D

Tom and Kevin make some dramatic discoveries while demolishing the kitchen and baths, Roger moves a massive rhododendron and Norm checks out one of the finest surviving examples of the Italianate Style: the over-the-top Victoria Mansion in Portland, Maine. Ask This Old House  "Installing an Irrigation System in New Mexico/Installing a Heat-Pump Water Heater"  Roger visits New Mexico to install an irrigation system designed to work in a desert climate. Highlights include a first edition of the Book of Mormon that has been passed down through the guest's family since 1833; a 1955 Madoura plate designed by Pablo Picasso, and a Hudson River artist painting valued at $300,000.
