Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "A Restful Harbor, Part 1"  Acrylic Medium on 12x24 stretched canvas. In this opening session Jerry explains to his viewers the purpose for painting the canvas in advance a bluish gray, green tone and shows the formula. Now he shows how to paint in the distant village and add the lights glowing in the distance. D

Nick Stellino: Storyteller in the Kitchen  "Food Memories"  Chef Stellino explores his Sicilian childhood and recipes that translate to the modern day dinner table with-standing the test of time. Dishes include: Salsiccie e fagioli (sausage and beans) / orecchiette con broccoli e salsiccia (orecchiette pasta with broccoli and sausage) / insalata a la Siciliana (fennel, red cabbage, Belgian endive, red onion, oranges, olives, white balsamic vinegar). Julie Taboulie's Lebanese Kitchen  "Fish, Spice & Everything Nice"  Fresh, flaky and fabulous fish from the famous Finger Lakes region is the catch of the day on today's show. Resembling fingers in pattern, the famous Finger Lakes region is widely known for their stunning and scenic sights, award-winning wineries, and hosting a fabulous feast of fresh water fish. What better way to represent this rich region than by Julie sharing one of her special Lebanese fish dishes inspired by the Finger Lakes simply called samak harrah. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Gnocchi"  They have been called the "gnocchi family" and in this episode, Lidia shares two of her more unusual versions of this dish: her butternut squash gnocchi are light and slightly sweet as they showcase this welcome vegetable in the potato mix. Her next dish is plum gnocchi, which is typical of her homeland and even sweeter, sometimes eaten as a dessert. Made with toasted breadcrumbs, cinnamon and butter, it doesn't get any better than this. D

Simply Ming  "Hawai'i - Ed Kenney"  Coconuts, opah and plantains all show up in this week's dishes as Ming heads to Hawai'i. Ming catches up with chef Ed Kenney on Ma'oOrganic Farms to harvest ingredients and coconuts for a few exotic dish and drinks. Heading to the kitchen, Ming and Ed create two unique takes on traditional dishes, before sitting down to taste their Hawai'ian creations. D

Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke  "Smoking The Competition - Our Tailgating Show"  Forget the contest on the gridiron. Tailgating gets a lot more interesting when you fire up your smoker.
