50 Years with Peter, Paul and Mary   This documentary celebrates the impact the trio has made on America, starting with its debut album in 1962. From this beginning, the trio determines to bring American folk music and "the issue song" out of the Cold War shadows of the McCarthy era and into the mainstream. The award-winning trio of Peter Yarrow, Noel (Paul) Stookey and the late Mary Travers, who died in 2009, played together for 47 years, lasting longer than any other American folk group. The program features performances that start with the group's emergence in Greenwich Village.G
