Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "The Blue Door, Part 2"  In this segment, Jerry shows his viewers how to underpaint the rest of the painting like the pathway, pots, windows, etc. Then he begins showing how to start cleaning up the shapes of the buildings and begin the first phase of painting the stones. Then he shows how to begin painting the clay roof tiles. D

The first dish on the menu is a quick ziti with kale pesto and crispy bacon, a delicious way to recycle any kale pesto leftovers in the fridge. She then makes a delicious summertime pasta made with plum tomatoes, fusilli with roasted tomato pesto, and finally campanelle with shrimp and fennel, made with "little bells" that carry the chunky sauce so well. D

Cook's Country  "Spaghetti House Classics"  Test cook Christie Morrison makes host Julia Collin Davison the perfect hearty beef lasagna. Then, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges host Bridget Lancaster to a tasting of block mozzarella. And finally, test cook Lan Lam makes Bridget a new weeknight favorite - chicken scarpariello. D

Simply Ming  "Masaharu Morimoto"  This week on Simply Ming, Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto stops by the loft kitchen for a showdown. After a quick cucumber cutting challenge, these two amazing chefs cook up dueling versions of a traditional Japanese dish: Tonkatsu. While Iron Chef Morimoto doubles down and makes a traditional deep-fried pork cutlet tonkatsu and his house ramen, Ming counters that with a vegetarian version of portobello tonkatsu atop a fantastic house rice. D

Equitrekking  "Uruguay"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman travels to the small South American country of Uruguay to discover gaucho culture by visiting various estancias, riding with cowboys on the beach, taking in the coastal town of Punta del Este and tasting local foods in Montevideo. At an eco-friendly ranch that raises sheep and cattle, Darley learns about the area's mystical vibe on a ride to a section of mysterious stone cones and up to a high point with views of a Tibetan monastery. Over a morning cup of mate, a special tea popular throughout Uruguay, Darley talks with a local about the tradition behind this caffeinated drink and the proper way to prepare it. D
