It is filmed in Haiti, Brazil, China, Africa, Peru and the Dominican Republic. D

Chihuly Fire & Light   From Chihuly's studio in Seattle to installation sites throughout San Francisco, the film observes the glass artist at work with his team as he conceives and creates the ambitious exhibition, Chihuly at the deYoung. This 2008 exhibition included 11 galleries of new and archival works representing the breadth and scope of the artist's creative vision through four decades.G

Tracks Ahead  "Western Pacific Railroad Museum"  Travel with Tracks Ahead into the Sierra Nevada mountains to visit a museum dedicated to the Western Pacific Railroad; see a G gauge layout especially adapted to the harsh Arizona climate; visit a great European collection and layout; and visit a New England tourist destination which started life as a sled dog ranch. D

Tracks Ahead  "California Zephyr"  Ride the route of the California Zephyr; look at a layout that uses some very special equipment in its operations; go to Dearborn, Michigan to visit The Henry Ford museum and railroad; and ride through the scenic lakes region of New Hampshire. D

Batteries of all sizes can power many things, from flashlights to riding machines. Machines can help people learn, but we all learn best from caring people. D

Curious George  "Feeling Antsy/Maple Monkey Madness"  Feeling Antsy - George loves starting the day off with a big breakfast, but more food lands on the floor than in his mouth. As George cleans up his mess, he spots an army of ants, something the Man with the Yellow Hat warned his messy monkey about. With some help from his friend Hundley, can a monkey and dog come up with a plan to get rid of the unwelcome houseguests or does George have hundreds of new roommates? Maple Monkey Madness - George pours the last drop of maple syrup on his pancakes, leaving the Man with the Yellow Hat with a dry stack of flapjacks. D

Wild Kratts  "Walk on the Wetside"  When Chris and Martin locate an amazing water-walking Basilisk lizard in Costa Rica, they try to replicate its actions in order to learn how this rare lizard is able to walk on water. They discover that by using its wide feet, churning its legs to create water pockets and keeping up a certain speed, the Basilisk is able to run on water in order to escape from predators. And when Donita Donata begins capturing basilisks, Martin and Chris us their new water walking powers to rescue these rare lizards. D

Peep and the Big Wide World/Pocoyo  "I Spy A Spider/Robin in the Bat Cave"  The birds wonder about the sticky, webby things they find. Chirp gets lost playing hideand- seek. Pocoyo: Hiccup - Pocoyo, Elly and Loula help Pato get rid of the hiccups. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "A Plan for Sand/Whale Music"  A Plan for Sand - Nick and Sally are playing in their sandbox, but there's not enough room for them to build their castles. The Cat arrives to take them to the biggest sandbox they'll ever see! In the desert, they meet Carmela the Camel who teaches them about how camels are adapted to live in the dry, sandy climate. Whale Music - Nick and Sally have made a song to sing to their moms, but they can't get the ending quite right. D

Angelina Ballerina: The Next Steps  "Angelina and the Irish Jig/Angelina En Pointe"  Angelina and the Irish Jig - Vici has returned from a holiday in Tippermousy, Ireland, with some Irish music. She's eager to teach her friends how to dance like the Tippermousy mouselings. But Angelina loses her balance while learning the Irish jig and breaks Vici's disc of music. D

Bob the Builder  "Having Fun"  Muck's Beach Tower - It's a day at the beach and Muck decides to build a castle! Bob realizes that the lifeguard tower needs a foundation made out of boulders so he calls Muck for help. Muck is determined to do both her job and build the castle. Muck mistakenly thinks she must have put her extra boulders in the lifeguard tower foundation and so takes some out to build her castle with. D

9:30 am 
Barney & Friends  "Sweeter Than Candy: Greece"  Barney, Baby Bop and BJ are helping the park kids get ready for a school play. When Barney tells everyone that putting on shows began in Greece, they want to go visit! While there, they meet some friends and decide to put on a play in an amphitheatre. Barney knows a great story that originated in Greece called "King Midas. D

Dr. Wayne Dyer: I Can See Clearly Now   Dr. Wayne Dyer presents personal stories as well as various philosophical and poetic illustrations to explain that each of our lives is a tapestry composed of all of the choices we've made and will make. Gospel's Jubilee Showcase   "Imagine finding out that someone, miraculously, had videotaped performances by Beethoven, Brahms, and Schubert, with the tapes now available for anyone who wished to see them. Or learning that someone had aimed a camera and microphone at Scott Joplin and Jelly Roll Morton, the tapes sure to offer insights on early ragtime and jazz. In a way, that's what just happened in gospel music. D

John Denver Rocky Mountain High Live In Japan   Arguably one of the most beloved American performers of the 20th century, John Denver had a career that saw him sell more than 40 million albums worldwide while winning numerous awards, including two Grammy® Awards, three American Music Awards, one Emmy and two Country Music Awards. JOHN DENVER ROCKY MOUNTAIN HIGH LIVE IN JAPAN is a 1981 concert from his seven-show tour of Japan and features a wonderful selection of hits from his career, including four of his five No. 1 hits: "Annie's Song," "Calypso," "Sunshine On My Shoulders" and "Thank God I'm A Country Boy. D

This account follows his day-to-day explorations and activities and the chain of nature's events that kept him company.G

Outdoor Idaho  "Adventure Idaho"  This special reveals how Idaho's unique landscape of outrageous geology lends itself to adventure, seeks the meaning of adventure, and documents historical and modern versions. Cameras follow adventure seekers up cliffs and into narrow canyons. Some Idahoans share their own video from wearable cameras.G

Great Performances  "Pavarotti: A Voice for the Ages"  With his rich voice, larger-than-life personality, childlike charm, generous figure, and happy-go-lucky style, Luciano Pavarotti extended his presence beyond the limits of Italian opera - to stadium concerts and pop collaborations. This program includes operatic arias, Neapolitan songs, and popular duets with Bono, Sting, Vanessa Williams and Eric Clapton.G

10:30 pm 
New Tricks  "The Girl Who Lived"  The UCOS team's feathers are ruffled when Steve McAndrew, a retired detective from Glasgow, descends on the office like a bundle of Scottish energy. Brought in to reinvestigate one of his original cases - the disappearance of teenager Georgia Wright - McAndrew's policing methods raise a few eyebrows. And he has a few tricks up his sleeve that make Brian and Gerry look like slaves to the rule book.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Rome: Baroque Brilliance"  Rick finds a city busy with life and bursting with Baroque. He rambles through the heart of Rome admiring Bernini statues and pondering sunbeams inside St. Peter's Basilica at the Vatican. Then he mingles with modern Romans during an early-evening stroll before dinner. He joins locals after dark at the Eternal City's most romantic nightspots.G
