Around The House with Matt and Shari  "Wonderful Walls"  This show offers some great ideas for creating inexpensive and attractive wall art using fabric, calendars, scrapbook papers, and your computer. Then, Matt demonstrates tongue and groove paneling. Last, Matt and Shari demonstrate various painting techniques for a creative wall design. D

Austin City Limits  "Fleet Foxes/Joanna Newsom"  Folk meets indie rock with the featured performers. Fleet Foxes draw from the group's latest album, Helplessness Blues. Joanna Newsom follows with her ethereal acid folk.G

Sesame Street  "Jack Grows His Own Beanstalk"  Jack from Jack and the Beanstalk comes along Sesame Street and tells Leela and Telly he has a problem. He only has a cow, but he needs a beanstalk! He knows he's supposed to trade the cow for something but doesn't know what. Leela gives him a clue-he needs to find something that grows in the ground. D

1:00 pm 
Dinosaur Train  "Arnie Rides The Flatcar/Old Reliable"  Buddy, Tiny, and Mom visit their very large sauropod friend, Arnie Argentinosaurus, and his dad. Arnie has grown bigger since our kids have seen him and is now too big to ride on the Dinosaur Train anymore. Tiny and Buddy arrange with Mr. Conductor for Arnie to be the first big dinosaur to ride on the newest Dinosaur Train car - the flatbed car! Mr. Pteranodon and Mr. Lambeosaurus take all the kids to see a field of geysers - holes in the ground that hot water shoots out from! At the same time, Mrs. Pteranodon and Mrs. Lambeosaurus are relaxing nearby in soothing pools of warm water, called hot springs. D

1:30 pm 
Super Why!  "Beauty and the Beast"  "Grrr! Stomp!" is all Princess Pea hears on her playdate with Wolfy and she can't figure out why he's so angry! The Super Readers zip into the story of Beauty and the Beast and get to know the Beast himself! He isn't so "beastly" after all and if only he could turn down his roaring, Beauty might figure out they're not as different as she thinks. Educational Objectives: To learn about the right way to speak to friends, practice the alphabet, and rhyme with "ake" words. Kids will find out that the power to read can change the story!. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Blue Feet Are Neat/A Little Reef Magic"  Blue Feet Are Neat - Nick and Sally are trying out their new blue rubber boots but they keep getting stuck in the mud! Cat knows just who can help them - Buster, the Blue-footed Booby bird. Buster is only too happy to show them how his wide, flat blue feet help him move easily over the muddy shore. With Cat's help to make their boots wide and flat, Sally and Nick can now walk across the mud without getting stuck - just like Buster! Reef Magic - Nick has difficulty learning a "disappearing" magic trick, when who should appear but The Cat in the Hat! He takes Nick and Sally to the coral reef of Scoobamareen. D

Wild Kratts  "Caracal-Minton"  The Wild Kratts crew is are playing badminton on the African savannah when a high jumping wildcat called a caracal steals the birdie. And this is no ordinary birdie - it is Aviva's precious family heirloom. As they rush to get back the treasure from an elusive, leaping Caracal cat, they learn how the caracal's musculature is specifically designed stalking and leaping- a perfect example of the concept of "form for function. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Locavore In Napa with Joey Altman"  Sara travels to a beautiful vineyard in Napa, California to cook farm fresh meals locally sourced with Bay Area chef Joey Altman. They whip up Grilled Salmon, Arugula & Grilled Corn Salad and Sweet Pea & Avocado Crostini. With Grilled Duck Breast, Honey-Roasted Carrots, Farro-Herb Salad and Cider Jus, the best of the farm is on the plate. D

3:30 pm 
Rick Steves' Europe  "Vienna"  Rick tiptoes through the palace of Maria Theresa and is dazzled by the Hapsburg crown jewels. He picnics on the Danube, nibbles strudel in an old world cafe, reviews slinky Art Nouveau, and waltzes in three-quarter time to music by Johann Strauss.G

Ladies of Letters   Irene and Vera have a disastrous reunion at the funeral of a gentleman friend. Vera takes a nasty tumble dancing inappropriately at the wake, leaving Irene as her reluctant carer.G

The Red Green Show  "Barter Starter"  Red and Walter use a giant electromagnet to find lost car keys. Then, Red makes an outside elevator out of a phone booth and a hot water heater.G

Keeping Up Appearances - The Memoirs of Hyacinth Bucket   Hyacinth abhors people pretending to be superior because "that only makes it so much harder for those of us who really are."G

Mr. Bean  "Back to School Mr. Bean"  On adult education day, Mr. Bean raises his own brand of havoc.G

Outnumbered   Pete and Sue are trapped in a foreign airport with three bored children and an increasingly bewildered granddad. Karen grills her dad about al-Qaeda, and security staff grill Ben about the worrying objects in his bag. Ben seeks the Spanish words to ask, "Can I play with your machine gun?" and others wonder about someone letting the kids drink double espressos.G

My Family  "One of the Boys"  As Roger and Abi's big day is approaching, Roger's mother, Nerys, visits to check out her future daughter-in-law. Ben is pleased that his old college buddy is due momentarily so he won't have to deal with Nerys' visit. But when his friend arrives, Ben finds he has an even bigger adjustment to make.G
