Outdoor Idaho  "Idaho's Centennial Trail"  From the Nevada border all the way to the Canadian border, the state's Centennial Trail winds through every kind of terrain Idaho has to offer and passes by many of the state's scenic highlights. We'll meet the duo who helped create the trail and journey along the route with several who are following in their footsteps, including a young couple who tried to make the entire trek on foot in only a few months.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Croatia: Adriatic Delights"  Rick explores the fabled Dalmatian Coast from dramatic Dubrovnik to crusty Adriatic island ports. Heading inland, he hikes through Plitvice Lakes National Park and enjoys the thriving capital city of Zagreb.G

The Desert Speaks  "Tequila: Exploring The Legend"  Host David Yetman, Mexican ecologist Alberto Burquez and premiere agave expert Ana Valenzuela travel to the state of Jalisco, Mexico, to inspect the history, production process - and even taste - of one of Mexico's most famous exports - tequila. The trip begins in Tequila, the city named after the famous beverage. The city has profited economically and developed a strong sense of cultural identity around the production of this distilled liquor. D

Ciao Italia  "Shrimp and Gamberoni/Scampi E Gamberoni"  Seafood distributor Chris Porter of Patriot Lobster and Shrimp Company brings the biggest prawns you've ever seen nella cucina, where he teaches Mary Ann the finer points of shellfish, and then they join forces to create three fantastic dishes; Pan-fried Prawns Antipasto served over breadcrumb-crusted tomato slices, Quinoa and Pan-cooked Shrimp, and topped off with Roasted Prawns Oregenata. D

Taste of History  "Charles Thomson - Witness to History"  In this episode, we visit the farm home of Charles Thomson, the Secretary to all the Constitutional Congresses which took place in Philadelphia. Thomson was influential in helping to forge the Declaration of Independence as well as the Constitution. Thomas Jefferson, a close friend, loved to ride out to Harriton House after a long day of debating, and relax with good food and wine with Charles and Hannah Thomson. D

Simply Ming  "Michael Schlow & Butterflying"  If you're a home cook, you may think the culinary technique of butterflying is something better left to those in white jackets. As Ming demonstrates, it's actually a straightforward technique that's great for speeding up cooking time and offering many more options when you're cooking on the fly. Ming, along with his pal, Chef Michael Schlow, show you just how easy it is, creating two delicious new dishes together: Crispy Potato Shrimp with Warm Pineapple Salsa and Pork Chops a la Nonna. D

Chris then discusses the virtues of stale versus dried bread while baking with science expert Guy Crosby. Next, equipment expert Adam Ried reveals the best small appliances in the Equipment Corner. Around The House with Matt and Shari  "Top 20 Common Decorating Mistakes"  Around the House travels throughout a home to find and fix 20 of the most common decorating mistakes. We begin in the family room with plant and clutter issues. Then, Shari heads to the bedroom for problems like too small nightstands. D

Austin City Limits  "Arcade Fire"  The alternative rock superstars perform hits and tunes from their Grammy Award-winning album The Suburbs.G

Sesame Street  "What's In Big Bird's Nest"  Big Bird is very excited to go to sleep in the new pajamas that his Granny Bird gave him. Gordon goes to tuck him in and say goodnight, but as he is walking away, Big Bird complains that there is something bothering him in his nest. When Gordon checks his nest, he finds a truck hidden inside. D

Dinosaur Train  "Iggy Iguanodon/Shiny Can't Sleep"  Iggy Iguanodon - The Pteranodon family continues their World Tour and meets Iggy Iguanodon, a funny chap who shows them his unique way of walking while leading our family to some white cliffs where Dad is very excited to fish and dine! Shiny Can't Sleep - Shiny gets homesick while the Pteranodon family is away from home on their World Tour. She cannot sleep, so Mr. Pteranodon takes her around the Dinosaur Train and they observe the train at night and the activities of various nocturnal creatures. D

Super Why!  "Princess Gwennie Saves The Day"  Princess Pea is feeling dramatic (as usual) and she and Red are staging a play. Princess is pretending she's a queen but Red doesn't know what to be! The super readers fly into the story of a princess with a silly sense of humor and a big job to do. They help Gwennie use her talents to save the day, and Red discovers her own special gifts. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Reindeer Games/Along Came A Spider"  Nick and Sally can't find their sled that's buried under the snow. Off they go to the Jingly Bell Forest where Magnus shows them how he digs with his feet and shovels snow with his antlers.Nick and Sally are playing soccer when their ball goes through a hole in their net. Luckily Cat's friend Mabel is a spider who knows all about weaving - maybe she can help them!G

Wild Kratts  "Walk on the Wetside"  When Chris and Martin locate an amazing water-walking Basilisk lizard in Costa Rica, they try to replicate its actions in order to learn how this rare lizard is able to walk on water. They discover that by using its wide feet, churning its legs to create water pockets and keeping up a certain speed, the Basilisk is able to run on water in order to escape from predators. And when Donita Donata begins capturing basilisks, Martin and Chris us their new water walking powers to rescue these rare lizards. D

Dialogue for Kids  "Geology"  Joan Cartan-Hansen and her guest scientists answer questions about geology. Cartan-Hansen will be joined by Reed Lewis, a geologist from the Idaho Geological Survey at the University of Idaho and Megan Dixon, an instructor from the College of Idaho.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Cinque Terre: Italy's Hidden Riviera"  Rick samples village life, fishing for anchovies at midnight, savoring pesto, picking grapes, cheering on cliff divers, and visits quarries where Michelangelo selected marble.G

The Desert Speaks  "Bolivia: Volcanoes, Flamingos, and Salt Lakes"  Ranging in altitude up to 16,500 feet above sea level, the wild, frigid desert of southwestern Bolivia is full of natural treasures. The harsh landscape is dominated by the towering Andean volcanoes and lakes or lagoons, which are actually basins, into which the meager snowmelt drains and cannot escape. These intensely colored, brackish lakes are home to some of the world's hardiest animals, namely three different species of flamingo. D
