Ciao Italia  "Cookie Favorites / Biscotti Favoriti"  Peter Scognamillo is one great baker and he's just a kid! When Mary Ann invites him to stop by nella cucina to make cookies, Peter brings his recipe for Maddalena Raspberry Cookies; two buttery, crisp wafers filled with raspberry jam. Then it's Mary Ann's turn, and she shows Peter how to make Almond Crisps. Open up that cookie jar!. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "Food for a Viking"  Danish chef Claus Meyer joins Andreas in Ribe, the oldest town in Scandinavia. While in Denmark, Andreas and Claus prepare fresh oysters with herbs, an herbal yogurt smoothie with honey, a wholesome corn porridge dessert with fresh berries, and finally, a slow-roasted beef sirloin served with beans, nuts and thyme. This Old House  "Bedford Project, Part 13 of 16"  Landscape contractor Roger Cook uses old-style bricks made in Massachusetts to create a winding path to the new entry door. He uses half-bricks strategically placed to cheat the joints just enough to make the turns. Inside, wallboard and plaster are up, and the cabinets are going in. D
