Cyberchase  "Gone with the Fog"  The CyberSquad is in Gollywood making a movie when Glittertown's top designer, hairdresser and make-up artist go missing in a dense and unexpected fog. Turns out Hacker is responsible and has spirited the stylists away to his home base. Cyberspace's favorite weathercaster Stormy Gale (Janice Huff) helps the kids discover how to make fog, but to pull off a daring rescue, the kids have to find the elusive dew point at the Northern Frontier on their own. Quilting Arts  "Celebrate The Artist Within"  Celebrate the 10th anniversary of Quilting Arts. Host Susan Brubaker Knapp presents a retrospective featuring the artists, past and present, who express and advance the quilting arts. Collage artist Leni Wiener creates quilted portraits with applique. D

Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Triple Mischief, Part 2"  In this session, Jerry shows his viewers how to take the #6 bristle brush and underpaint the stump using a dark-to-light value system. Then he illustrates how to add miscellaneous highlights to the stump to show minor details. Jerry then shows how to add minor highlights and details to continue with shaping the raccoons' eyes, ears, noses, and mouths. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Arkansas Eats"  Sara travels to Arkansas to prepare deep fried rice puppies and catfish with a local farmer and his family. Globe Trekker  "Road Trip: Rust Belt Highway, USA, Pt 1"  Globe Trekker Megan McCormick takes to the road to explore the industrial heartland of America. This atmospheric and evocative road trip goes through some of America's most underrated regions and beautiful country sides. Megan goes through the cities of Pittsburgh, Detroit and Flint, Michigan, along the famous Highway 61 before we skirt the shores of the Great Lakes. D

Lidia's Kitchen  "Italian American Classics"  Lidia cooks up two Italian American favorites today in her kitchen - lasagna with ricotta and fresh mozzarella, baked to golden perfection and eggplant parmigiana stacks, pan fried and made with fresh tomato sauce and mozzarella. To round out the menu, she shares a perfect simple salad, traditionally eaten at the end of the meal in her Italian kitchen. D

Simply Ming  "Tiffani Faison"  Ming is joined this week by Top Chef alum Tiffani Faison, owner of Boston's Tiger Mama and Sweet Cheeks, for two different approaches to a classic - chicken. From high atop Boston at Ming's loft, our chefs head outside to grill their poultry. Tiffani shares her recipe for Grilled Tandoori Chicken with a fresh Tomato and Herb Salad. D

Lucky Chow  "Taiwan's True Flavors"  Danielle gets back to her roots in an episode devoted to the distinctive, rustic cuisine of Taiwan. At Taiwan Bear House, started by homesick young expats, she tries a New York take on the box lunches known as biandang. D
