Rough Cut - Woodworking with Tommy Mac  "Roofing, Rakes and Soffets"  This week on Rough Cut Woodworking with Tommy Mac, Tommy works on the finishing touches to complete the roof. Joined by good friend and general contractor Chris Reynolds, the two work to get the fascia and trim boards to size before installing them on the roof along with the drip edge and shingles. Tommy and Chris first walk through a small safety lesson, reminding carpenters how important it is to stage your site properly so you and your crew can work as efficiently and safely as possible. D

PBS NewsHour Weekend  "Day One: President Donald Trump"  NewsHour Weekend will cover actions taken by President Donald Trump on his first full day in office, and report on the Women's March on Washington, which is expected to draw hundreds of thousands of people to the nation's capital to protest Trump's presidency and to show support for women's rights. NewsHour Weekend Correspondent Megan Thompson will also look at the partisanship that has consumed Congress in recent years through the eyes of two recently retired members from both sides of the aisle, and NewsHour Special Correspondent Jeff Greenfield will provide political analysis. Rick Steves' Europe  "Germany's Hamburg and the Luther Trail"  Hamburg, Germany's mighty port city has risen from the ashes of World War II with a gleaming new skyline and a brisk creative energy. From there, Rick visits the great historic sights of Martin Luther and the Reformation (Erfurt, Wittenberg, and Wartburg Castle) before finishing in the capital of Franconia: wine-loving Wurzburg. D

This week's show, hosted by Champagne Lady Norma Zimmer, features a special salute to the "Indianapolis 500", the exciting and popular auto race. The show opens with some of the cast driving around in little cars, singing "Indiana" and then bounces along the road with "Tico,Tico" by Myron Floren. D

Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries  "Ruddy Gore"  At a gala performance of Gilbert and Sullivan's Ruddigore, Phryne Fisher meets the gorgeous Lin Chung who has rescued the theatre's leading man from some thugs in a dark alley in Chinatown. The evening continues on unexpectedly with a bizarre death onstage. What links can Phryne find between the Chinese community of Little Bourke St, the illicit opium trade and the actors treading the boards of His Majesty's Theatre? Phryne must solve an old murder, find a new murderer, and banish the theatre's ghost who seems likely to kill again. D
