Now we're happy to see a beer revolution rumbling in the Baja peninsula. Rick takes us from the Tecate brewery, which started in 1944, to the Tijuana brewery, makers of several microbrews. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Crepes and Croissants"  Host Christopher Kimball takes a trip to Paris in search of the best croissants. Next, test cook Julia Collin Davison shows Chris how to make foolproof Croissants right at home. And finally, test cook Becky Hays reveals the secrets to flawless Crepes. D

Scrapbook Soup   The first segment features Jenn Mason showing how to create a 3D mixed media shadow box. Next, Jo Pearson shares decorative techniques for recycling boxes into gift bags. Then, Jennifer McCord makes a paper quilt and flower sampler embellished with paper rosettes. D

Paint This with Jerry Yarnell  "Kim, Part 1"  (16x20 Acrylic) This painting is the first step in teaching figures and portrait work. The smooth linen canvas used for portrait work is first prepared using a mottled gray background. Jerry starts with a rough sketch of the model using the negative space technique to develop the figure. D

This Old House  "Barrington Project, Part 6 of 10"  Builder Andy Tiplady uses a less-expensive Brazilian hardwood called garapa for the new deck, and installs it with a hidden fastening system. Carpenter Chris Aguiar uses a jig to cut straight red cedar shingles into a wave pattern designed by the architect, then passes them up to George Duarte for installation at the top of the side gable. Inside, Andy shows master carpenter Norm Abram the progress on the flooring, which is four-inch strip red oak, and the simple details on the interior trim that will let the water views take center stage. D

This Old House  "Barrington Project, Part 7 of 10"  On a rainy day in Barrington, builder Andy Tiplady shows host Kevin O'Connor how he's replaced the old cracked asphalt with new concrete pavers in the driveway. Master carpenter Norm Abram visits a custom cabinet shop in Smithfield, Rhode Island to see how they are using high-end cherry veneers for the project to make a kitchen with true character. Back in Barrington, installer Rick Jutras hangs the last of the wall cabinets and scribes the refrigerator panel to fit the space. D

American Woodshop  "Shaker Inspired Dovetailed Hope Chest"  Shakers knew the value of making things to last. So today Shaker Furniture is extremely valuable because it was made with exacting skill. Plus the simple lines are elegant and clean. D

Rough Cut - Woodworking with Tommy Mac  "Keepsake Box"  The Keepsake Box is a perfect project for anyone who wants to learn simple, small box construction. The box would make a great jewelry box or even a humidor. A special feature of this box is the herringbone inlay - a dramatic embellishment featured on top.G

Antiques Roadshow UK  "Bishop Auckland 1"  Michael Aspel and the team converge on County Durham where items uncovered include a set of skeleton keys used for a daring POW escape in World War II, and a simple jug found in the rubbish that is valued at nearly $16,000.G

Rick Steves' Europe  "Norway's West: Fjords, Mountains and Bergen"  Rick sails under towering fjord cliffs, hikes on glaciers and finds surviving traditions in remote farm hamlets. He delves into Hanseatic heritage and takes in the salty hospitality of Norway's historic capitol, Bergen.G
