Richard tracks cheetahs on the Namibian plains and helps a medical team with a cheetah check-up. D

Martha Bakes  "Homemade Doughnuts"  Attention all doughnut lovers - this show is for you! Martha shares her invaluable techniques while preparing raspberry filled doughnuts, crisp apple fritters and the famous yeasted, sugarcoated doughnut from New Orleans known as a beignet. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Canning Classics"  Host Julia Collin Davison goes into the test kitchen with test cook Becky Hays to reveal the secrets to making classic strawberry jam at home. Next, gadget guru Lisa McManus uncovers the best canning tools. Finally, test cook Dan Souza shows host Bridget Lancaster how to make the ultimate bread and butter pickles. D

Taste The Islands  "Pineapple Expressed"  Chef Thia and chef Irie prepare a menu with pineapple as the star in each dish. Starting with fresh made pineapple salsa, pineapple glazed pork with a mango and jicama salad, pineapple marmalade chicken skewers and finished with a new version of pineapple ginger cocktail. Jacques Pepin: Heart & Soul  "Julia Remembered"  Jacques takes a stroll down memory lane as he lovingly prepares dishes once enjoyed with his dear cooking companion Julia Child. Jacques' retrospective menu begins with a shucking lesson, the first steps towards an oyster chowder with potatoes, spinach and corn. Jacques then recreates Julia's classic South of France eggplant-tomato gratin, a dish with layers of rustic flavors. D
