These railways were built during the 19th century by the British to move troops and raw materials across the land, and ultimately played a role in the independence of the country a century later. The railway tracks are some of the oldest and longest you'll find anywhere in the world, and train travel doesn't get any tougher than this in a country with a population of over 1.2 billion. D
9:30 pm

Simply Ming  "Matt Jennings"  Tuna is on the grill this week on Simply Ming! Matt Jennings, four-time James Beard nominee, joins Ming around the barbeque to feast on this highly sustainable fish. While Matt makes a decadent strawberry salsa rresca for his grilled fish, Ming creates a lightly seared tuna tataki that is paired with a refreshing lemongrass gremolata. D
11:00 pm
BBQ with Franklin  "Sausage"  Sausage, often a BBQ afterthought, is now finding reason to take center plate. Aaron makes sausage from scratch and visits some folks who are pushing the boundaries of artisan sausage-making. D
11:30 pm
