Paint This With Jerry Yarnell  "Gray Wolf Ridge, Part 5"  In the final segment, Jerry discusses the importance of sketching the wolf in the proper location and in the proper proportion. Then he explains how to underpaint the wolf with gray tones. Then shows how to finish painting the eroded bank, more snow, and miscellaneous details throughout the painting. D

Chef's Life  "Chicken Lickin"  As Vivian waits for spring's vegetables to appear, she pauses to appreciate chicken's endless capacity as an ingredient. The restaurant's new best-seller is a whole chicken, pounded and stuffed with broccoli salad. An old family friend fries a chicken the old-fashioned way, served with a side of banana sandwiches. D

Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Koreatown"  We'll spend the day with the co-authors of the excellent Koreatown cookbook Deuki Hong and Mott Rodbard. We begin at Deuki's BBQ restaurant, Kang Ho Dong Baekeong, then we shop for ingredients at H Town on 32nd and head to back to his tiny apartment nearby to cook a few recipes from the book.G

Simply Ming  "Jamie Bissonnette"  James Beard Award-winning Chef Jamie Bissonnette, co-chef/partner of Ken Oringer, swings by Ming's loft to turn up the heat with eggplant. While Jamie prepares a spicy shrimp with Thai eggplant, Ming cooks up eggplant with an Asian twist - a tasty, spicy Sichuan eggplant dish called Yu Xiang Qie Zi. These are two spicy eggplant dishes you won't want to miss. D

Food Over 50  "Eating The Rainbow"  Chef/host David Jackson creates an impressive poulet jardin, which translates to chicken in the garden. It's eight tasty and well-presented recipes in one, most of them plant-based and colorful, and artfully arranged on a huge silver platter. David begins the show on location, shopping for a rainbow of vegetables at the Joshua Tree Certified Farmer's Market near his desert home. D

Seeing Canada  "Saskatoon & Winnipeg"  Canadian journalist Brandy Yanchyk travels to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to learn about the local foodie scene and explore Waneskewin Heritage Park. Next, she travels to Winnipeg, Manitoba, where she visits the Canadian Museum for Human Rights and learns about the city's secret Hermetic Code. D
