Accompanied by Jason Mann and Frieda Luk's mystical short film, Delicacy, following a culinary connoisseur and his loyal chef as they dangerously navigate into the unknown with hopes to obtain a rare treat. Cyberchase  "Raising The Bar"  The main Cybrary is under attack. Hacker, disguised as an exterminator called the Vermin Vexer, has released a mysterious cyberbug that is systematically destroying certain information - but Ms. Fileshare, the overworked Cybrarian, is too busy to notice. When Hacker uses bar graphs to confuse Ms. Fileshare, the kids create bar graphs of their own to counter his contentions. D

Knit and Crochet Now  "Contempo Cardigans"  Get inspired by patterns with a fresh, modern look. Melissa Leapman is up first with a knitted, mosaic trimmed cardigan. Then it's our square of the week. D

Yan Can Cook: Spice Kingdom  "One Belt, One Road, One World"  The New Silk Road Railway connects Chengdu to Western Europe by high speed train. This is the 21st century version of the historical silk road, which opened China to the west and vice versa a thousand years ago. Martin samples some of the new food imports from Spain and Denmark, and marvels at the tremendous scale of China's industrial projects. D

New Scandinavian Cooking  "Northern Sea Passage"  In this episode, Andreas investigates what the sea and land can offer while travelling north on the Norwegian Coastal Express. Andreas uses food produce he finds along the way, an apple-stuffed roast of lamb in the lush fjords of western Norway, and in the bacalao capital of the north he makes a dish with the dry and salted cod. When everybody is asleep Andreas serves artic char, a late bite to the crew onboard the ship. D

Fringe Benefits  "Louisville"  It's all about horses as Katie learns the history of the Kentucky Derby and takes a riding lesson from a local pro. Then we head out in nature to explore one of the largest arboretums and forest preserves in the region - and see the "Kentucky Knobs." Just east of the city, we explore Bardstown, home of "My Old Kentucky Home" and the center of bourbon distilling. D
