Tom installs a replica ceiling medallion made using a 3D printer; then he installs a custom copper vent hood. Richard selects the right garbage disposer at a local home center. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Switzerland's Jungfrau Region: Best of the Alps"  Rick is in the sky-high corner of the Swiss Alps, with cows on breathtaking ridges. He settles into a traditional village where locals scythe hay by hand. He hikes, bikes and parasails, then blasts an alphorn.G

Travelscope  "New Brunswick's Acadian Festival"  New Brunswick is Canada's only bi-lingual province and the peaceful co-existence between the French Acadian culture and the English Loyalist culture gives visitors two experiences for the price of one. Yet all the world's French in August during the Caraquet Acadian Festival -- a two-week cultural celebration that culminates in a mardi-gras style street party. Simply Ming  "Michiba - Seafood"  This episode of Simply Ming is all about seafood. On the road in Japan, Host Ming Tsai visits Tsukiji, the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world, which houses more than 400 different types of seafood! Later, Ming joins Japan's first Iron Chef Rokusaburo Michiba to cook some amazing dishes made from seafood bought fresh from the wholesale market. D

Joanne Weir's Cooking Confidence  "Argentina Remembered"  Craving the bold flavors she tasted in Argentina, Joanne shows her student Leigh how to give grilled skirt steak a boost with a fresh and zesty chimichurri sauce.
