Rudy Maxa's World  "London"  Rudy roams the Borough Market where locals gather to shop among pyramids of cheese, baskets of oysters and other displays of fresh fish, game and pastries at the site where a market has existed since the 1st century AD. He also visits the ethnic neighborhood of Spitalfields, takes a speedboat ride on the Thames and goes bar hopping in Soho and Camden Town.G

Cuisine Culture  "Jeff and Chris Galvin, London"  Jeff and Chris Galvin have started a food movement in London. From garnering Michelin stars to opening up what has been noted as the best French restaurant in the UK, viewers get to cook and dine with the masters. Sumptuous meals are presented, such as Lasagna of Dorset Sole served with Veloute of Girolles and a main course of Poached Landaise Chicken with Summer Vegetables & Rosemary Butter Sauce. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "London: Mod and Trad"  Rick checks out the Millennium Bridge, banters with Beefeaters at the Tower of London and strolls trendy South Bank.G

Katie Brown Workshop  "Worldly"  Katie travels the world of flavors and puts a modern spin on traditional crafts. In the Kitchen: Crisp Asian Steak Salad, Perfect Tuscan Olive Tapenade and Beautiful English bread Pudding. Projects: Fabulous faux Faberge eggs. D

Smart Travels - Europe with Rudy Maxa  "London"  Rudy sips tea and savors traditional sights. Then, he gets a bird's-eye view of London from the new London Eye observation wheel.G

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Desserts with An English Accent"  Test cook Yvonne Ruperti shows host Christopher Kimball how to make the ultimate Classic Bread Pudding. Chris then discusses the virtues of stale versus dried bread while baking with science expert Guy Crosby. Next, equipment expert Adam Ried reveals the best small appliances in the Equipment Corner. D

Cuisine Culture  "Pascal Aussignac, London"  Pascal Aussignac takes us on a culinary adventure in England and right through the backdoor of his Michelin-rated restaurant. This is a French-British invasion where we explore the explosion factor of cheeses and charcuterie. Viewers also get to recreate some of Pascal's recipes from his best selling cookbook, such as Red Mullet with Quinoa and "Gascon Mess," his ode to Meringue and Berries. D

Don and Tru Miller made their dreams come true 12 years ago when they built Adobe Guadalupe in the Valle de Guadalupe. Rick's dream of cooking in their stunning kitchen, with its handmade wood-fired oven, comes true this season when he cooks for the Millers and other local winemakers. Along the way, Rick shops for just-picked produce at the idyllic farm stand on the grounds of Mogor Baden Winery, artisanal cheeses at Rancho La Campana (a 100-year-old cheese cave) as well as for breads and olives at the charming Cremeria los Globos. Ethics In America  "Anatomy of a Corporate Takeover"  Merger mania presents an alarming array of ethical problems. Debating the issues are T. Boone Pickens; chief executives from Borg-Warner, Goodyear, and Berkshire Hathaway; economist Lester Thurow; and Senator Tim Wirth.G
