But he doesn't know what letters are in the word 'web'! With Elephant's help, he learns that sometimes if you can sound out a word, you can figure out what letters you need to build it. Caterpillar Gets a Home - Duck makes a new friend on a windy, rainy day: Caterpillar. D

Wild Kratts  "The Blue and the Gray"  Martin and Chris are absorbed in a hilarious competition to discover who is the best acorn planter, blue jays or gray squirrels, when a strange Creature Power Suit malfunction transforms Martin into an acorn and grows him into an Oak tree! Chris activates the squirrel powers of his Creature Power Suit, but gets waylaid by a bobcat and goshawk, and the Aviva, Koki, and Jimmy can't find them. It'll take some animal-loving Wild Kratts kids to get them out of this mess. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Sustainable Aquaculture in the Rich Waters of Ensenada"  Two of Ensenada's best seafood chefs, Benito Molina and Alain Genchi, join Rick for a lesson in mollusk farming. Juan Carlos Lapuente of Acuacultura Integral de Baja California takes the trio to the rich coastal waters to see oyster and mussel farming. Along the way, we learn that the quality of these waters is what makes the seafood from this area so outstanding. D

Paint This with Jerry Yarnell  "The Falls, Part 3"  In this final segment, Jerry takes his students through the process of detailing the entire painting from background to foreground. First dabbing in the fall-colored leaves of the background trees, then finishing with the script brush for the tree limbs, tall weeds and foreground bushes. D

And finally, test cook Julia Collin Davison shows Chris how to make the Best Simple Roast Chicken. D

Painting and Travel with Roger & Sarah Bansemer  "Burning Man - Center Camp"  Roger and Sarah Bansemer travel to the remote desert near Gerlach, Nevada in one of the most unusual events ever held called Burning Man. Roger sets up his easel and paints in what is known as the Center Camp among hundreds of people. Sarah takes a ride on one of the art vehicles called the Neverwas Hall. D

Great Performances at the Met  "Don Giovanni"  Mariusz Kwiecien brings his youthful and sensual interpretation of Mozart's timeless antihero to the Met for the first time. Under the direction of Tony Award-winning director Michael Grandage and with Fabio Luisi conducting, the production also stars Marina Rebeka, Barbara Frittoli, Ramon Vargas and Luca Pisaroni. D

60s Pop, Rock & Soul (My Music)   Legends of the 1960s unite in this all-new live performance "My Music" special. Co-hosts Peter Noone and Davy Jones sing their biggest hits focusing on the years 1965 - 1969. This latest follow up to "My Generation - The '60s", includes pop sounds from Frat Rock to Surf Pop, the British Beats to the Breakthrough Bands, Motown, Soul and Pop classics -- with many artists and groups appearing for the first time on the "My Music" stage. Among the groups performing are Paul Revere and the Raiders doing "Kicks," Jefferson Starship with "White Rabbit," The Kingsmen with "Louie, Louie," and Chad & Jeremy with "A Summer Song."G

In Performance at the White House: Red, White and Blues   Hosted by President and Mrs. Obama, this special is an all-star celebration of the musical form that sprang from the Mississippi Delta to the westside of Chicago.
