The team visits the small Chapel Hill Creamery, known for its award-winning cheeses, and the sustainability-driven EcoFarm for its fresh, organic produce. With the ingredients they've gathered, they prepare grilled country pork ribs with a rhubarb relish; a warm kale salad with radishes, eggs, and a bacon dressing; and an appetizer of grilled bibb lettuce with mozzarella and preserved lemon and spring onion dressing. Mike Colameco's Real Food  "Chinatown/ Wilson Tang Nom Wah Tea Parlor"  Wilson Tang Nom Wah Tea Parlor is the oldest continuously operated Dim Sum restaurant in the country. Located on historic Doyer street the Tang Family has owned it since the 60s and now grandson Wilson has taken it into the 21st century. We'll spend a day with him at Nom Wah and take a walk around the 'hood to see it from his eyes.G

Rough Cut with Fine Woodworking   This week on Rough Cut with Fine Woodworking, Tom McLaughlin shares his contemporary take on a classic design: the Adirondack lawn chair. Using cypress, Tom shows how to cut a comfortable curve into the seat and back of this chair. The mitered joint on the arm rest is an additional detail which makes for a smooth, slanting arm that resolves into a drink holder. D

Pati's Mexican Table  "Good Morning, Mexico"  Pati is on the road in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, a pretty, tourist-friendly vacation town in the state of Guanajuato, known for its cobblestone streets, colonial architecture, art galleries and, of course, a wide range of delicious eats. This week, Alan, Sami and Juju have a break from school, so she and Dany brought them along! In this episode, the Jinich family has just arrived in San Miguel, and Pati has decided to kick off the week with a delicious breakfast. But first, she wants to introduce us to San Miguel. D
