With the ingredients they've gathered, they prepare grilled country pork ribs with a rhubarb relish; a warm kale salad with radishes, eggs, and a bacon dressing; and an appetizer of grilled bibb lettuce with mozzarella and preserved lemon and spring onion dressing. Piquing her musical interest, Samantha ventures off to Martin Accordions, who have been crafting custom accordions for major Cajun and Zydeco stars for decades. With a full understanding of the local music, Samantha gets her step on by visiting Glide Studios and learns how the locals dance, Cajun-style. D

At a food festival in Las Vegas, Ricker prepares a welcome dinner for the participating chefs at the much-loved Lotus of Siam, with chef/owner Saipin Chutima at the helm. D

Rhythm Abroad  "Tahiti, French Polynesia"  Sun-kissed beaches, lush green rainforests, and Tahitian drumming call Brittany's name. Unlike the slower paced Hawaiian hula, Tahitian dance is known for its fast hip shaking. Brittany gets an inside view into typical Tahitian life as she moves her hips with the locals at a community fundraiser. D
