Nathan Harris and his wife, Ashley, share their most intimate and painful moments for this film in order to illuminate what they, and thousands like them, are going through. Severely injured both physically and psychologically, Harris returns from the war in Afghanistan to his home to North Carolina and his devoted wife as he attempts to reconcile the gulf between his experiences at war and his return to civilian life in a country that is often indifferent to his plight. The film includes graphic images of the enemy attack in Afghanistan in which Harris was injured.G
