Moving on to Houston, Texas, they visit Jennifer Arnold, a 3-foot, 2-inch-tall doctor and star of the reality series, The Little Couple, where they hear her story of overcoming personal obstacles to realize her dreams. Finally, in New Orleans, La., the team talks with Charline Gipson, a corporate lawyer, and discovers what 'success' means to her and the steps she took to achieve it. Charline's story of taking her own path despite others' disapproval inspires Denise who realizes she can do the same in life.G

Allen Smith's Garden to Table  "Follow The Pig"  Allen takes viewers on a true farm-to-table journey in this episode as he "follows the pig" in Kansas City by visiting a local farm that raises grain-fed pork and a local butcher shop that only selects locally raised and steroid- free meat. And you can't visit Kansas City without trying some of the best BBQ in the country. Allen visits with a long time employee at the famous Arthur Bryant's restaurant to get some tips on smoking meat. D

Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Pit Cooking, Sacred and Smoky"  Cooking in underground pits is an elemental part of Yucatecan cooking. In fact, it's downright sacred, as seen during the preparation of mucbil pollo at an intimate candlelit Hanal Pixan ceremony (think of it as the Yucatan's version of Dias de Los Muertos.) Rick heads to Yaxunah to see the entire process of making cochinita pibil, from the digging of the pit to the garnishing of the tacos. D

Steven Raichlen's Project Smoke  "Fire Meets Water"  Impeccably fresh local fish hits the grill in this show, which is devoted to the art of grilling seafood. Local Channel Island rockfish roasts on a Himalayan salt slab, served with a colorful melon mint relish. Tuna steaks come spice-rubbed and grill-blackened, sauced with spicy Cajun remoulade. D

Their adventure begins with a delicious breakfast complete with freshest seafood caught that morning. D

Then, science expert Dan Souza demystifies the science of a water roux. Next, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Bridget to a tasting of almond butter. D
