Wild Kratts  "Polar Bears Don't Dance"  While in the Arctic, Martin and Chris are on a mission to discover how animals move around in different environments. Their new knowledge comes in handy when they discover that Zach Varmitech has kidnapped a Walrus calf and a Polar bear cub. The Wild Kratts team must do what it takes to return the baby animals to their mothers. D

There's a cool Seafood Gazpacho, loaded with juicy shrimp and crab with a little kick of heat. Nothing warms the belly more than the New Orleans-inspired Red Beans and Rice Soup with smoky ham. D

Rick Steves' Europe  "Tuscany's Dolce Vita"  Rick explores the small towns and rural countryside of Tuscany. He hunts for truffles in an oak forest, nibbles through an artichoke festival, shares a farmhouse feast, climbs the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and rides in a classic convertible through the cypress groves of Mona Lisa's backyard.G

On his quest, Richard aims to uncover what turned landlocked Switzerland, the most mountainous country in Europe, into the crossroads of the continent, a hub for commerce, ideas, medicines and people. He follows Route 66 in a 1960s Mustang and competes in Amarillo's steak-eating challenge.G

During the interview, taped at the 2011 Sun Valley Writers' Conference, Franklin talks with Marton about her experience researching her most recent work, Enemies of the People. The book chronicles Marton's search to learn more about her parents, who were imprisoned by the Hungarian government during the Cold War for their work as reporters for American news outlets.G
