Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "Austin, Texas"  Join host Pete Evans on this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cookingas he makes his way to Austin to get a taste of some authentic Texas cuisine with father-son chef duo Jack and Bryce Gilmore. Pete meets them at Urban Roots Farm, an organization that uses food and farming to transform the lives of young people, where they pick vegetables and get honey right from the combs. Then they get down to work preparing the evening's feast which features goat carnitas with all the fixins; Brazos Valley cheesy grits; honey glazed carrots; chicken-fried goat; and beet hummus with farm vegetables. Chef Jesse Schenker runs The Gander, a lovely modern American eatery showcasing his cooking. And Rouge Tomate 2.0 (formerly uptown) re-opens in an old carriage house in Chelsea with an amazing wine list put together by MS Pascaline Lepeltier, and a kitchen run by Andy Bennett turning out the most delicious healthy food imaginable.G

My Greek Table with Diane Kochilas  "A Bite of Greek Red Wine"  Go on a picnic at a vineyard in Naoussa where one grape dominates the table: the local Xinomavro (pronounced xee NOE ma vroe), one of Greece's noblest reds. This delicious, tannic wine pairs perfectly with a cheese and spice stuffed leg of lamb and is the key ingredient in succulent red wine and sage potatoes. Red wine with fish is on the menu, too. D
