He treks through the Namib Desert to meet members of the Himba tribe, whose way of life remains unchanged over thousands of years. Richard encounters an array of wild creatures, from giraffes to dune beetles, which have adapted to the extreme desert conditions. D

PBS NewsHour Weekend  "French Election"  Two candidates face off this weekend in the French presidential election runoff. Centrist Emmanuel Macron, who at 39 years old would become France's youngest president ever, will vie against the far-right nationalist Marine Le Pen, who would be the country's first woman president. Both candidates are outsiders, not members of the traditional ruling parties, and they offer starkly different plans for France. D

The Lawrence Welk Show  "25th Anniversary"  Host: Bobby. Lawrence has a dance with his Champagne Lady, Norma Zimmer on the opening song which couldn't be more appropriate - "The Anniversary Song". When Phryne arrives at Madame Fleuri's for a fitting, she unexpectedly finds herself amidst a crime scene. The salon's benefactor has been found impaled on her own hairpiece in the sumptuous powder room and everyone present is a suspect! Phryne uses her innate understanding of haute couture fashion to help Jack uncover an elaborate jewel smuggling scheme. D
