Paint This with Jerry Yarnell  "Chesapeake Bay Visitors, Part 3"  In episode 3, Jerry shows his viewers how to continue glazing the water to give it a more transparent affect. Then he explains adding the warm, soft sienna tones to the grasses -- giving the painting more color harmony. He finishes this episode by painting in some of the intermediate weeds and explains the compositional arrangement of the Canadian Geese to create good eye-flow. D

Changing Seas  "Beneath The Bridge"  The Blue Heron Bridge in Riviera Beach, Florida is known as one of the best shore dives in the United States. Even though at first it appears as an unlikely dive site, it is home to a rich variety of marine life, ranging from tiny nudibranchs to manta rays. Underwater photographers are documenting what lives beneath the bridge, and a scientist is studying how two species of octopus co-exist there. D

PBS NewsHour Weekend  "Obamacare In Kentucky"  President Obama's health insurance reform - the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare - brought insurance coverage to millions of low-income Americans through the expansion of the federal Medicaid program. But President-elect Donald Trump and Republican majorities in Congress have vowed to repeal the law, leaving questions about how it will be replaced. Foreshadowing the national debate to come, NewsHour Weekend Special Correspondent Chris Bury traveled to Kentucky, a state with one of the biggest drops in uninsured residents since Obamacare went into effect and with a Republican governor who promised to roll it back. Rick Steves' Europe  "Southeast England"  Arcing along the southeast coast of England, Rick travels from Canterbury (with its famous cathedral) to Dover (stoutly fortified from Roman times to the Battle of Britain). Then he hikes the trails that top the towering chalk cliffs of the South Downs, wander into the beachy resort of Brighton (England's Coney Island), and push on to Portsmouth, whose naval heritage has left it with the best collection of historic sailing ships anywhere. Doctor Who: Tom Baker Movies  "Destiny of the Daleks"  The Doctor and a newly-regenerated Romana arrive on Skaro and discover that the Daleks are using explosive charges and a group of humanoid slave workers to mine the planet in search of their creator, Davros. A stalemate has arisen in an interplanetary war that the Daleks are waging against the robotic Movellans, and their hope is that Davros will be able to give them the edge. D
