Rick Steves' Europe  "Sevilla"  In the flamboyant city of Carmen and Don Juan, Rick finds that bullfighting is still politically correct and little girls dream of growing up to become flamenco dancers. 9:00 pm
Travel with Kids  "Belize Beach Islands & Mayan Jungles"  You better Belize it! This Central American Caribbean country is packed with adventure and culture. Snorkel with sting rays and sharks, hang out on the dock with locals, learn to fish, and visit a local school. D
9:30 pm
Martha Bakes  "Chocolate Ganache"  Learn how to incorporate ganache, a two-ingredient wonder, into a rich dark chocolate filling for an almond-based tart shell, chocolate ganache frosting for a fudgy devil's food cake, and, for the kid in us all, milk chocolate pudding cupcakes. D
10:00 pm
America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "French Pork Chops and Bisque"  Host Christopher Kimball goes into the test kitchen with test cook Bridget Lancaster to learn how to make the best French-style pork chops with apples and calvados. Next, tasting expert Jack Bishop challenges Chris to a tasting of brie. Then, Chris answers cooking questions in Letters to the Editor. D
10:30 pm
Chef's Life  "Onions and Avetts"  Spring onions kick off the season as Vivian takes a break from penning her first cookbook to prepare dinner for beginner farmers. Though the Avett Brothers make an appearance, the underdog spring onion steals the show, playing both star and support. D
11:00 pm
Hubert Keller: Secrets of a Chef  "Gluten-Free Favorites"  Chef Keller has the secret for keeping your gluten-free friends happy with three great recipes. He stuffs mini peppers with a delicious quinoa salad, followed by a chia seed wrap abundantly stuffed with vegetarian goodies. The finale is a kale and spinach smoothie that has unexpected benefits. D
11:30 pm
Burt Wolf: Travels & Traditions  "Cruising The Rhine - Part Two"  In Cruising The Rhine - Part Two, Burt explains the Romantic Period in European art, what the original Grimm Brothers Fairy Tales were really like (very grim), how the river locks work, the history of Eau de Cologne and how the Black Forest got to be black. Burt also takes us on a tour of Strasbourg and the extraordinary Hand Bag Museum of Amsterdam. D
