Lucky Chow  "Bay Area's Pacific Rim Cuisine"  This episode introduces Olivia Wu, designer of the original Asian restaurant concepts on Google's "campus." Go behind-the-scenes at Google's first sit-down restaurant, as the assembly line churns out 2, 000 servings of the Indian fried rice dish, biryani. A visit to Google's purveyors showcases the ethos of the Bay Area food culture - local, seasonable and sustainable. D

Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking  "New York - Staten Island"  On this episode of Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking, Pete Evans visits various parts of New York City with chefs Seamus Mullen, owner of a handful on New York City restaurants including Tertulia in Manhattan's West Village, and April Bloomfield, the James Beard Award winning best chef of New York City, whose Spotted Pig restaurant has won a prestigious Michelin star seven years in a row. The trio starts the day off at the Brooklyn Grange, which is a rooftop farm in the middle of Brooklyn and then head to Dickson's in Chelsea market where they break down a pig from the nose to the tail. Then it's off to another borough on the ferryboat from Manhattan to Staten Island for the feast. D

Joanne Weir Gets Fresh  "Eggs"  Joanne is a huge fan of eggs- - who doesn't have them in the fridge? - which makes them the perfect go-to food. They shine on their own, but are easy to dress up. Today, they are going to go to a California egg farm, and then Joanne and her student Stella will make yummy deviled eggs, open face toast with fennel, Frisee, prosciutto grana padano, and poached egg and lavender-lime souffle in a skillet. D

The Jazzy Vegetarian  "Farm Market Fresh"  Host Laura Theodore prepares recipes that are bursting with "just picked" flavor. She begins with refreshing "Garden Vegetable Basil Gazpacho" a chilled delight on a hot summer night. Next up, fresh from the farm ingredients inspire tempting "Zucchini Fettuccini with Fresh Tomato Salsa" and zesty "Arugula and Walnut Pesto Pasta" Apples stand front and center in "Autumn Apple Crisp. D

Chef's Life  "Love Me Some Candied Yams!"  Vivian introduces viewers to Rob and Amy Hill, proprietors of one of the largest sweet potato farms in the country and two of the restaurant's best customers. Vivian and her mom, Scarlett, make her grandmother's candied yams, and Vivian later re-imagines these for the restaurant with texture, sorghum and pecans. Mother Earth Brewery and Chef & the Farmer team up for a beer dinner, featuring first-of-the-season sweet potatoes. D

Sara's Weeknight Meals  "Winter Comfort Food"  Sara gets tons of winter veggies from a farm where her nephew works and learns how they are grown in the winter months. And she uses them for Root Vegetable Latkes paired with Smoked Fish Chowder - perfect for a cold and rainy day. D

Joanne Weir Gets Fresh  "Hearty Greens"  Growing up, Joanne spent many hours in her grandparents' garden. You can't get more fresh than a farm, so they're going to Beet Generation Farm to hang out with a new generation of organic farmers, and then to an Italian market. With their greens, Joanne and her student Geoff will make a dandelion, dale and kumquat salad with Marrakech spiced walnuts, and then grilled broccoli rabe wrapped in prosciutto. D

America's Test Kitchen from Cook's Illustrated  "Why Not Add Wine?"  Test cook Bridget Lancaster reveals the secrets to making the best coq au riesling at home. Next, gadget guru Lisa McManus uncovers the best waiter's corkscrews. Finally, test cook Julia Collin Davison shows host Christopher Kimball how to make the ultimate Tuscan-style beef stew. D

Growing a Greener World  "Growing Up with Living Walls and Vertical Gardens"  With the constant expansion of urban sprawl, gardeners and designers are looking up for new ways to add green spaces. As a result, living walls are one of the newest and hottest trends in outdoor design. They're not only beautiful, they add the perfect link by providing new life in an ever-growing concrete jungle. D

Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Company: Hooks, Lies & Alibis  "Coastal Erosion - Louisiana Coast"  In this episode, John gets a first-hand look at the size and scope of Louisiana's coastal erosion problem. Louisiana has 40% of our nation's wetlands and each year experiences the loss of land equal to the size of Rhode Island. John celebrates the coastal bounty by making sauteed speckled trout with a spicy garlic and orange vinaigrette with saltwater fishing champion, Tommy Vidrine. D

Rudy Maxa's World  "Uzbekistan"  Rudy travels the Silk Road in this country that is an emerging economy in Central Asia. He finds eye-popping centuries-old mosques that were restored during Soviet occupation of the country. He joins friends for the preparation of the national dish, plov, and visits a family in a yurt on a desert plain.G
