While the Man tries to find a parking spot, George is mistaken for a messenger clown and is tasked with picking up parts for a top-secret gadget for Pepe. D

Uncle MacRuffmantosh calls with news that he thinks he's located the Helmet on a faraway mountaintop, so Ruff plans to ride his trusty tricycle up the mountain to retrieve the prize. (Unfortunately, the tricycle doesn't work so well on mountainous slopes. D
