Hands On Crafts for Kids  "Animals - Invertebrates - Crustaceans and Mollusks"  Soft bodied invertebrates that live in water or on land are grouped as mollusks. Snails, clams, mussels and squid are an example. Mollusks usually have a shell and a fleshy living part; this body has a very distinctive foot or way to move itself. D

Cuisine Culture  "Guy Savoy, Las Vegas"  Three-Star Michelin Chef Guy Savoy shows us that class, elegance and the best foods in the world can be found in Las Vegas. Guy whisks us away to the Nevada desert where we visit a hydroponic farm. With local ingredients we recreate three of his signature plates in his famed restaurant: an appetizer of Colors of Caviar as well as the main course, Bar en Ecailles Grilles aux Epices Douces: Crispy Sea Bass with Delicate Herbs. D

6:30 pm
Mexico -- One Plate at a Time with Rick Bayless  "Extraordinarily Delicious Ensenada"  Fish tacos embody Ensenada's history in one bite: Fresh fish from pristine waters encased in crispy batter influenced by Asian immigrants, topped with Spanish-inspired creamy sauces, wrapped up in a very Mexican corn tortilla and spiked with chile. We seek out some of the best versions at Mariscos El Norteno, a stall opposite the Ensenada Fish market, and a 30-year old corner stand, Los Originales El Chopipo. No trip to Ensenada would be complete for a foodie without a stop at La Guerrerense where Sabina Bandera Gonzalez has been serving the best seafood ceviches and tostadas for more than 29 years. D

Globe Trekker  "Puerto Rico"  Stops on this whirlwind tour of a giant state include: Cowboys Stadium and the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas, the National Cowgirl Museum and historic stockyards in Fort Worth, the Space Center in Houston, the Alamo in San Antonio, and the wilderness of Big Bend National Park.G
