America's First Forest: Carl Schenck and the Asheville Experiment   The pivotal role played by pioneering forestry educator Carl Schenck and his founding of America's first school of forestry - the Biltmore Forest School - is examined. The documentary recounts how Schenck, a German forester, came to America in 1895 to manage the forests at George Vanderbilt's Biltmore Estate in western North Carolina. With more than 100,000 acres of woodland to oversee and replant, Schenck began hiring young men to help with the work. After three years of answering their questions while on the job, the forester decided to teach them in a more formal setting and established the first forestry school in the United States.G

When the tide comes in, they try their best to protect it, only to learn Dunk knew that would happen eventually anyway. D

Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot About That!  "Surprise Surprise/A Howling Good Time"  Surprise Surprise - Try as they might, Nick and Sally just can't learn to do a somersault. Luckily Cat's friend Luis the Armadillo is the king of the roly polys! But when they find Luis, they learn that he only rolls when he gets surprised. They take turns trying to surprise him, and when they finally do, they're the ones surprised when they learn that not only can Luis roll, but he can even run underwater! Back at home, they follow Luis' advice and are now able to somersault! A Howling Good Time - Nick and Sally are pretending to be lost adventurers when Sally wonders what to do if you really do get lost. D

Nature Cat and his pals must decipher the map so they can right this wrong, find Bad Dog Bart's treasure chest and return all of the stolen dog toys! Tally ho! Pet Sounds - The Nature Cat Band is ready for The Battle of the Pet Bands! They've been practicing for weeks and cannot wait to compete! But right before the band battle is set to begin, a mishap launches all of their instruments into the ocean! How can they make music and compete with no instruments? Oh no!. D

Scoop learns that he must let others do their work-he stays off camera as Leo films the team fixing the drive-thru, showing everything that can happen on a build. D

Cyberchase  "Less Than Zero"  The Leaders of Cyberspace have gathered to discuss Hacker's increasing influence, when they are suddenly interrupted by Hacker. Buzz and Delete, Hacker's henchmen, hide the leaders including Dr. Marbles, in the building and its' up to the kids to rescue them. Before long, the kids discover that they can only move between the building's levels by scaling its outside walls! So the kids turn the building into a giant ruler in order to keep track of the floors. D

PBS NewsHour Weekend  "Immigration Showdown"  To fulfill his campaign promise to crack down on illegal immigration, President Trump has asked Congress for funds to hire an additional 10, 000 federal immigration agents, and his administration has increased efforts to arrest some of the estimated 11 million undocumented immigrants living in the United States, with 2.5 million of them in California. Last month, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the administration also plans to withhold federal funds from so-called "sanctuary cities" like San Francisco that limit local law enforcement cooperation with federal immigration officials. Other cities, like Fresno, take a more cooperative approach. D
