One-fifth of the world's water and oxygen are produced in the Amazon Rainforest and thousands of species of birds, fish, reptiles, mammals and plants as well as hundreds of thousands of people thrive there. Equitrekking  "Wyoming"  Equitrekking host Darley Newman begins at UXU Ranch for scenic and challenging riding on surefooted horses in the Shoshone National Forest. Darley and ranch owner Tuff ride by the majestic hoodoos and to high elevations for views of colorful canyons, glaciers and mountaintops. Darley explores the wildlife and geology of Yellowstone National Park on foot, before heading to the Cody rodeo. D

Joanne Weir Gets Fresh  "Crab"  What is the most over-the-top thing that you have ever tasted? For her, it's king crab straight from the source. She visits Tracy's Crab Shack in Juneau, Alaska. With her student Lauren, they'll make risotto Rosa with king crab with citrus gastrique, and a rhubarb crostata. D

Taste of Louisiana with Chef John Folse & Company: Hooks, Lies & Alibis  "Redfish/Snapper - Caminada Pass"  In this episode, John explains the different varieties of tasty Gulf fish species off of the coast. John introduces local seafood experts from Tommy Vidrine, champion gulf fisherman, who specializes in catching speckle trout. to Leah Chase, famous Creole chef from New Orleans, who describes how Creoles used red snapper to adorn their holiday table.
