Tomorrow: Japan Beyond 3/11  "A New Departure: SCK Girls Standing on Their Own Feet"  Seven months after the Great East Japan Earthquake, a sliver of new hope emerged in Kesennuma, a place devastated by the disaster. Local girls were brought together to form a new pop idol group, the SCK Girls. Their aim was to make people smile again in the community and also heal their own mental wounds as disaster victims. D
